Digital Factoring Platform by ASEE: A Smarter Way for Corporates to Manage Factoring

In close collaboration with Banca Intesa Belgrade, ASEE has delivered a fully digital, self-service Factoring Platform—a web-based solution designed to empower corporate clients with end-to-end control over their factoring processes.

The initiative started with a clear goal: to significantly reduce the time and administrative overhead involved in managing invoice financing. The result is a robust platform that allows clients to independently perform all essential tasks, such as:

  • Viewing active factoring arrangements
  • Importing invoices manually or via REST APIs
  • Uploading scanned invoices
  • Tracking the status of invoices (buyer/supplier side)
  • Selecting invoices for purchase

Previously, these actions required manual intervention from the bank’s back-office team, causing delays, especially when managing high invoice volumes. With the Digital Factoring Platform, much of that process has been streamlined or fully automated.

Built on .NET Framework, the solution integrates a SQL Server backend and REST-based services hosted via IIS. It also features token-based access control via an Identity server and includes a full web administration interface.

Thanks to real-time integration with the existing factoring back office via REST APIs, users now benefit from seamless invoice management and instant status updates. Upon processing, digital documents and notifications are delivered straight to the customer’s virtual inbox, eliminating the need for physical paperwork.
