Learning & Development
We care about constant development and improvement. Our Training Policy provides access to internal and external programs, professional conferences, seminars, and other development opportunities. The main training and development initiatives are aimed at acquiring and improving technical knowledge for programmers and engineers, as well as soft skills training for top management (leadership effectiveness, effective communication with employees) and for all employees to develop specific skills required to perform their tasks. The main areas in which employees were trained include:
