Accessibility Statement for Digital Content, Products, and Services Concerning ASEE Websites
Asseco South Eastern Europe SA, ul. Olchowa 14, 35-322 Rzeszów,NIP: 813-351-36-07 (hereinafter: ASEE) is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its digital content, products, and services to all users, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (“Narodne novine”, No. 89/2025; hereinafter: the Law), which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (OJ L 151, 7.6.2019; hereinafter: the Directive).
Scope of the Statement
This statement applies to the following ASEE digital products and services:

Compliance Status
ASEE currently ensures partial compliance of the listed digital content, products, and services with the accessibility requirements prescribed by the Law and Directive.
Detailed Compliance Analysis
Websites
Through upgrades and redesigns of ASEE’s official website and the implementation of the UserWay accessibility plugin, the website is largely compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Despite ongoing efforts, we acknowledge certain limitations and are working to address them. Known issues include:
- ASEE official website and websites related to certain line of business:
- Some images without alternative text
- More complex interactive elements (e.g., pop-up windows) that do not fully meet accessibility criteria
- Color contrast inconsistencies
- Videos currently do not include captions or subtitles
These shortcomings are planned to be resolved during 2025.

This Statement was prepared using a self-assessment method conducted by the ASEE team. It was created in accordance with the format prescribed in Article 11(2) of the Law and the methods recommended by the European Commission Guidelines.
