ASEE Dividend Policy
The Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. will recommend payment of dividend in the amount equivalent to 30-50% of the consolidated profit of the company. This amount may be reduced when the company makes significant investments which will not allow for the payment within declared range. In the case of reduction of dividend payment, the Company will inform the market.
