SWIFT & SEPA Projects Successfully Delivered in Serbia and Montenegro
ASEE has successfully executed a series of complex regulatory initiatives across Serbia and Montenegro, including the transition to the new ISO 20022 SWIFT format and the implementation of SEPA in Montenegro. All activities were delivered in full alignment with international standards and national regulations.
A total of 24 parallel implementations were completed—5 SEPA and 5 SWIFT in Montenegro, and 14 SWIFT in Serbia—supported by coordinated upgrades across Core Banking, E-Channels, AML, and the Financial Gateway platform.
These timely deliveries ensure uninterrupted international payment operations, lower-cost SEPA transactions, and long-term stability for all participating banks.
ASEE led the end-to-end delivery of all regulatory upgrades, coordinating multi-country teams and systems to meet strict deadlines. This project demonstrates ASEE’s capability to manage high-pressure regulatory transformations and ensure that banks remain fully compliant and operational in international payment ecosystems.
