Warsaw, 26 February 2026: ASEE Group (WSE: ASEECOSEE, ASE) has published its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year 2025. The company achieved sales revenues—adjusted for the effects of hyperinflation accounting—of EUR 125.9 million at the end of Q4 and EUR 423.8 million for the full year 2025, representing increases of 13% and 9% respectively compared to the same periods in 2024.
All ASEE Group segments recorded revenue growth in the fourth quarter of 2025. The largest increase in sales revenue in Q4 2025 compared to the same period last year was achieved by the Dedicated Solutions segment (+EUR 11.4 million), with revenues amounting to EUR 51.9 million. The Banking Solutions segment followed with the second-highest growth (+EUR 3 million), reaching sales revenues of EUR 21.2 million. Meanwhile, the Payment Solutions segment recorded an increase of EUR 0.5 million compared to the corresponding period in 2024, generating sales revenues of EUR 52.9 million.
The largest increase in operating profit in the fourth quarter of 2025 was recorded by the Dedicated Solutions segment (+EUR 9.1 million), reaching EUR 13.1 million, and the Banking Solutions segment (+EUR 1.7 million), where operating profit amounted to EUR 4.6 million. During the same period, operating profit in the Payment Solutions segment decreased by EUR 0.6 million to EUR 7.9 million.
The growth in operating profit translated into an increase in EBITDA. The highest growth was reported by the Dedicated Solutions segment, where EBITDA reached EUR 14.4 million (an increase of EUR 8.9 million), followed by the Banking Solutions segment with an EBITDA of EUR 5.4 million (an increase of EUR 1.8 million). Conversely, in the Payment Solutions segment, EBITDA fell by EUR 0.3 million compared to the fourth quarter of last year, reaching EUR 12 million.
ASEE Group’s consolidated sales revenues for 2025, adjusted for the effects of hyperinflation accounting, amounted to EUR 423.8 million, an increase of EUR 33.4 million (9%). The Payment Solutions segment generated the highest revenues at EUR 211.5 million, representing an increase of EUR 15 million compared to last year. Sales revenues for the Banking Solutions segment in 2025 totaled EUR 78 million, up EUR 10 million year-on-year, while Dedicated Solutions reached EUR 135.9 million, also an increase of EUR 10 million.
ASEE Group’s operating profit in 2025, adjusted for the impact of hyperinflation accounting, amounted to EUR 59.7 million, following an increase of EUR 8.1 million (16%). Meanwhile, EBITDA grew by EUR 12 million to EUR 86.5 million (16%). The largest growth in both operating profit and EBITDA at the end of 2025, compared to the end of the previous year, was generated by the Dedicated Solutions segment, reaching EUR 17.3 million (an increase of EUR 15.1 million) and EUR 22.8 million (an increase of EUR 15 million), respectively

Meanwhile, the largest increase in profitability compared to last year was achieved by the Dedicated Solutions segment, driven by the delivery of proprietary solutions for clients in the public utilities and road infrastructure sectors. Growth was also recorded in the Banking Solutions segment, primarily due to successful core banking system implementations. It was also a year of growth for business lines offering solutions for merchants (fiscal cash registers and independent payment terminals).
