ASEE Group’s Operating Profit Rises by 77% in Q3 2026

Warsaw, 27 October 2026: ASEE Group (WSE: ASEECOSEE, ASE) has published its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, reporting operating profit of EUR 19 million, up 77% compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.

The Payments Solutions segment recorded the largest increase in operating profit in Q3 2026, rising by EUR 10.2 million to EUR 11.9 million. Operating profit also increased in the Banking Solutions segment by EUR 0.4 million, reaching EUR 5.7 million. In contrast, operating profit in the Dedicated Solutions segment declined by EUR 2.4 million to EUR 1.4 million in Q3 2026.

In the third quarter of 2026, ASEE Group’s revenue amounted to EUR 108.7 million, an increase of 7% (EUR 7.2 million) compared with Q3 2025. The largest year-on-year revenue increase in Q3 2026 was recorded by the Payments Solutions segment (+EUR 7.2 million), where revenue reached EUR 56.3 million, up 14.7%. The second-largest increase in revenue was recorded by the Banking Solutions segment, where revenue amounted to EUR 21.2 million in Q3 2026, representing an increase of EUR 1.4 million (7%) compared with Q3 2025. Meanwhile, revenue in the Dedicated Solutions segment amounted to EUR 31.1 million in the third quarter of 2026, down EUR 1.4 million (-4%) year on year.

ASEE Group’s EBITDA reached EUR 25.1 million in Q3 2026, an increase of EUR 6.4 million compared with the corresponding period of the previous year. The largest EBITDA increase was recorded by the Payments Solutions segment (+EUR 8.3 million), where EBITDA reached EUR 15.9 million. This was followed by the Banking Solutions segment, where EBITDA amounted to EUR 6.5 million, an increase of EUR 0.5 million compared with Q3 2025. EBITDA in the Dedicated Solutions segment declined by EUR 2.4 million to EUR 2.7 million.

This reflects the strong performance of our business segments, particularly Payments Solutions.
