The new infrastructure strengthens compliance and security across the company’s online payment channels, including its website, mobile application, online service center, and call center.

The solution combines ASEE and Payten’s jointly developed 3D Secure IVR solution with Payten’s Payment Gateway orchestration platform, enabling secure card payments over the phone while centralizing all online collections within a single management structure. This integrated architecture allows CK Enerji to manage transactions across multiple channels more efficiently while maintaining a consistent and secure payment experience.

Operating on PCI DSS Level 1–certified infrastructure, the system ensures that card data is protected end-to-end while meeting international security standards. Subscribers can securely access their billing information and complete payments through the voice response system with 3D Secure authentication, without the need to connect to a call center agent.
