ALTA Bank Successfully Integrates NPL Portfolios into Unified ASSE Core System
A major data consolidation initiative was successfully completed as ALTA Bank integrated non-performing loan portfolios from six banks into a unified ASEE core system, in cooperation with ASEE. The project was delivered within five months—from initial request to full production migration—enabling stable, centralized, and efficient portfolio management.
The migration included data from two banks already using ASEE systems as well as claims acquired from four additional institutions. All data was merged into a single database without separation between existing and migrated records, ensuring business continuity and improved customer service.
This initiative strengthens ALTA Bank’s market position and demonstrates readiness for further digital transformation. According to Sanja Tanasijević – Krstić, Member of the Executive Board of ALTA Bank:
This project has demonstrated how crucial partnership, expertise, and precise planning are for success. We completed a comprehensive and complex migration in record time, without compromising data quality or security. This ensures service continuity, greater reliability, and faster daily operations. For the bank, this project represents a strategic advantage, more efficient receivables management, resource optimization, and a stronger market position.
