Srpska Banka elevates digital customer experience with Digital Edge Retail Solution by ASEE
We’re pleased to announce the successful implementation of our latest digital solution, Srpska Banka – Digital Edge retail, in collaboration with our new client. This initiative has facilitated the integration of a comprehensive package of digital services for retail clients, replacing outdated in-house web applications and introducing a mobile retail application as a key offering to end-users.
The incorporation of a new mobile banking channel, adherence to NBS regulations on instant payments, and deployment of the latest DE AE solution with updated design and architecture, present significant benefits for both our client and end-users.
Challenges primarily revolved around standard implementation procedures of DE solutions within the service center. Notably, this project marks the introduction of a new client for ASEE within the realm of digital channels, emphasizing our commitment to advancing digital transformation within the Service Center.
