ASEE Serbia has completed the fusion project for Halk Bank, a significant milestone in the bank’s modernization efforts. This comprehensive initiative involved replacing the bank’s Core Banking System (CBS), consolidating additional systems, and modernizing its entire IT architecture.

Mr. Hasan Cömert, an Executive Board member, and Mrs. Vesna Martinović, Director of IT Division, shared their insights on this project.

“The project of implementing a new core banking system in HALKBANK a.d. Beograd, which lasted just under 3 years, was completed in February this year. This upgrade is a significant step forward in our digital transformation journey. Our customers will benefit from markedly faster processes, enabling more efficient and seamless banking experiences. The digitalization of our services ensures that key transactions and interactions can be completed swiftly and securely. Additionally, enhanced access to client data allows us to offer more personalized and responsive services, meeting the unique needs of each customer with greater precision.
