In a significant strategic move, ASEE Group is pleased to announce its acquisition of major stake in Dwelt, leading software provider for the utility sector. Coming together of the two companies marks an important milestone in the evolution of billing and financial technology services landscape, not only in South Eastern Europe, but also in the region.
With this acquisition, ASEE strengthens its portfolio within the utility, telecommunications and billing related industries. By joining forces and extending already started cooperation on some projects, both companies will more efficiently continue on with consolidating the offering for their customers and position the Group as a regional market leader. The acquisition is in line with ASEE’s business expansion strategy to continuously offer its customers the most advanced products and services.
